This is the Fan of the Month form. FotM is a system where I choose a random person of those who have applied and stick them in a special issue of the comic. You just fill out the information below. You can only be FotM once every year and if you apply multiple times, it will only count as one application. Currently, if you apply and aren't chosen you stay on the list, eligable for next month...or the month after...or the month after...etc. If you have any questions, you can email me at emailandyhenry@yahoo.ca . And no, none of this information is shared with advertisement sites or perverts or anything, no one but Bran and I can look at it...so don't be too paranoid (Bran's too lazy to leave his house anyways).
